if not already said, there is a special breech plug scraper made for the t/c/ recessed breech plug. fits into the cup on the plug. you should get one added to your kit. the log cabin shop has them in stock. 5 bucks

Get the scraper. It will help.

Another trick to try next time it happens is to pull the nipple and trickle a little powder into the bolster. Re-insert the nipple and it should fire.

It will work if you dry ball as well.
