Seems like every day here lately somebody’s spazzing over what TC peep sight to use on what gun. I try to tell them use whichever sight they have on whichever gun they have as they’re the same damn sight except for that slight curve versus flat base. Here’s curved base New Englander sight on the flat tang on my Renegade/White Mountain hybrid. Look very close andd you can see a couple thousandths gap under it. And it works even easier to put the Hawken sight on a New Englander.

And if you notice that oversize screw at the front, some genius before me drilled & tapped it to 10x24 instead of spending a few cents at the hardware to buy a proper 8x32 screw.

And you may also notice, yes, that’s a 15/16ths White Mountain Carbine barrel on a 1 inch Renegade stock and it lines up perfectly.
