Where might one purchase some of the Teflon Patching talked about in several articles I have read?

Mel and Paul Hartrampt in Pennsylvania were identified in one article as a source but no contact information given

Thanks

Tip Curtis has some Texas stuff .018 and .020. The Minuteman also sells it, you can go to the NMLRA website look under classifieds they are both listed.

I tried some of the stuff. A friend gave me a piece and I gave it a try. It was okay but I didn't thinki it was worth the additional price so I went back to my regular patching material and lube.

I was given a strip of the teflon on denim. I have looked at it several times but I have not tried it yet. From what I understand the Texas matches at Brady Texas are almost all won useing this. They swab between shots. Maybe some day I'll try it! Geo. T.

Ditto,I still have some I never used up.
You have to wipe between shots to get the best accuracy from it and I much prefer my home cut patches and windshield wash lube. MD

The Minuteman is a nice person to order from.

Teflon has a following in Texas and the consistent winners use it. It also is can be used in loading blocks for hunting.

Wiping between shots is needed , especially in low humidity areas.

I use exclusively and find that it is worth the cost for line matches.

Thanks to all for the feedback

I was given some to try with my 50cal Flintlock with Colerain barrel. I used some Ox Yoke Comp Lube on it and it shot some of the tighest groups I have ever managed to punch in paper.
I tested it along side some home cut patches and some commerical prelubed patches of the same thickness .020" and the Teflon with Comp lube won hands down. It was from Minuteman in OH I have found out. Plan to order some and continue testing.

Thanks Again for all the inputs...

Sad, a lack of knowledge of what you have in your hand.

I gave some oysters to some folks in the country. Later I asked how they liked oysters, lady's comment was after you gut and clean them there is not a lot left to cook.
