Tell me about the Kibler smr

Kibler barrels 40 and under are made by Rice. GM is used for 45 and up. GM no longer makes any ML barrels smaller than 45 cal.

A kibler SMR with a 42 or 44 in barrel swamped in 40 would be my next gun to build if I could save up the change.
