Biggest mistake ever was to buy in an HOA. Not a fancy one and built my range to shoot and we hunt but the roads are a shame after the cost. Muck to rub the frames and dust. They want more money to fix. They hire the cheapest with a grader to remove the crown and the snow plow tosses the gravel off into yards that takes 6 hours to rake, 40 MPH to plow does not work. All of us gave up taking jobs. No more volunteers. I called the road jerk a SOB so he is not coming back. Good riddance. I was road manager for a while and seen all the gravel scraped off so I quit. The roads were never better when I had them. People move in from out of state to escape what they did and want to change us to what they did to ruin and run away from. The man with equipment lives here and we worked together for a fine job but they pissed him off. Said he charged too much.
Never move to an HOA.

Real BP is real easy to get, you don't even have to leave the house, they deliver it right to your door. What could be easier?

Maybe where YOU live, But here in UK that adds around $40 to the price for delivery. Whereas the subs for me are less than a quarter of an hour away. The REAL black is 3/4hr away and you can only get there by car - no public transport - one of the downsides to life in the rurals.

I absolutely love the change in perspective that living in Europe brings to the conversation. Wonderful contrast.:thumb:

Dare I ask the question " How often does the underwear drawer get opened"?
Up here we always try to get a bath in before freeze-up, especially if we were fortunate enough to roll in a gut pile or two, it is a very long winter here: Frequency of underware change is probably not as big a deal as it is at lower latitudes.....

What do imitation powders and not changing your underwear for months have in common ?

They're both nothing but crap.

I don't live in Europe. I live in East Anglia, slightly left of centre in the midlands of England.
I was in Australia and New Zealand when I was in the navy. Folks called me Yank. Yank is short for Yankee, kind of an insult in much of America. We tend to think of the U.K. as part of Europe
POV are important
By the by Yankee seams to be a mispronounced anglease... english. There might be a moral there but I don’t know what it is.:)
