A good friend and young U.S. Army specialist from San Antonio on special assignment in Mexico had the opportunity to visit a private museum in Mexico City. He saw a flag stolen from the Alamo, with emotion sent these picture to me today. He said he could not believe they had a flag and hoped someday it would come home. I told him I would love to see the flag, though not allowed, I would like to touch, but if I did, I would not be able to hold back tears. I have no idea if the firearms were used on the Mexican side or stolen from the Alamo with the flag. If only that flag could speak! There was a Spanish description and an English one below it. This of course is the English version.

THAT FLAG BELONGS TO TEXAS !
