The only solution to our problem is Tort Reform. Hopefully some politicians will realize that fewer and fewer newer businesses are starting and that is not good for the Nation. If we can change the rules that are now allowing anyone to sue for anything, then maybe we have a chance.

The problem is most politicians are lawyers and they ain’t going to get rid of anything that impacts their wallet or the rest of the professions wallet’s. That is why so many laws are on the books in this country. The vast majority of our laws benefit the people little but sure go a long way to benefit the legal profession. As stated in the good book, woe unto those that make mischief by a law.
