The SAR is definately a show worth visiting, even if just to see the historic exibits and old cannons. I had tables there last year and I was impressed all around with the variety, deals and mostly the cool displays and old timey stuff.

I attended the Crossroads Phoenix show some years ago while the wife was at a conference.

Picked up a bargain on a real nice T/C Seneca caplock.

This is one the best in west gun shows. The other one is Tulsa, Ok. :thumbsup:

Scored at this show. I got a brand new Pedersoli 1816 Harpers Ferry for $300, a Lyman 45cal Maxi mould for $10, a brand new Lyman 715 RB mould for $35 and Two new cans of GOEX FF for $20
I also saw a brand new unfired TC Renegade single trigger 50 cal, asking price was $225 but I ran out of money.

I was there with the wife, and the crowd made it almost impossible to get around, Never saw so many folks in one place. And yes I spent some money. Was so many good things I'd like, and so little money. haha Hadn't bought a muzzle loader yet so missed out of some cheap powder. It was my first show, and won't be the last. Only have til January to stash a little more money for that one.
