The trigger set on one of our 4-H guns has worn out, and the rear trigger will only set with a good amount of pull, more than most of our kids can muster. I tried to work on it, but I think it’s just worn out. Does anyone have an extra double set trigger set for a Renegade/Hawken? Thanks!

the rear trigger will only set with a good amount of pull,
I see @wapiti22 is sending you a trigger, so the crisis has been averted, good news. As a backup, you may find that you can reduce the amount of force to set the rear trigger on the existing one by backing off the screw that holds the spring at the rear of the trigger assembly just a bit, maybe a quarter to half of a turn. If you back it off too much there will not be enough spring force to fire the gun when using the set trigger.
