Once again I was in a local pawn shop and I was looking at Muzzleloaders. When I was about to leave the guy told me I forgot to look at this one. He handed me a Thompson White mountain Muzzleloader in .50 cal.
I looked down the barrel with a bore light and the riffling is perfect. The barrel is short enough to see all the way to the bottom.
He is asking $199. I am not that interested in it since it has a padded butt pad but did find the rifle interesting.
Is this rifle known to be a good shooter and is there any collectability to this rifle?
The rifle was in good shape but there is nothing fancy about this rifle. The trigger is a single trigger but it broke very easy with only ounces of pull.
I am not interested but would like to learn a little about them.
