I have one. I'm sure it's a reproduction but it works well. I use it to prime my wheellock pistol which requires very fine black powder (Null "B" or hand ground with a mortar and pestle)
 
Hand two of the cheap knockoffs. They both leaked 4F pretty bad around the shutoff.

To ‘test’ for leakage, put powder in the flask, cover the end of the spout with a finger or something and shake the flask. If powder is in the spout….

I have one like that also🤗. I use it to pour a measured charge into my .25 under hammer pistol. It is handy and Much easier then trying to measure much quicker then trying to measure a tiny amount of powder and trying to pour it down the barrel with out spilling it every where!
