Well I got my first kill with my 54 cal. Renegade, this morning (11-22-22) I was using 70gr , 777 (3F), pillow ticking, round ball. To say that I am excited is an understatement . I started shooting side-lock a few months ago due to having to hang up my trad bows (2nd shoulder rebuild).. I have gone crazy over this PRB shooting. Shooting as much as I can . Sorry to hear you had to hang up the stick bows. I've been reducing draw weight but still able to shoot and hunt. Traditional front stuffers are the next best thing.
