Today...it is Friday Oct 11 2024...10:05 am and I have been fitting the wood Jim J sent me...still. almost ready to glue. I was thinking Titebond...because I have it. But I also have epoxy...and a ton of maple sawdust. suggestions? This is to replace the cheekpiece on my ancient of days CVA Mountain Rifle. because it's gone. The other thing...I may have found a J&S Hawken restock...maybe,

too tight...cracked the wrist...heck! Like it or not, looks like it's epoxy. and that
