I thought I would share with y'all a phone call I had this morning.
I have a pending order of several thousand flints on order, that are way overdue. I had e-mailed Tom 3 or 4 times and no response. This is very unusual for him. With orders piling up I was getting a little worried. Another e-mail and after several days later, nothing!!! Gotta find out what's up, so I get on the tele(english for phone :winking:). Tom answered the phone, I introduced myself and inquired as to what was going on. He apologized and informed that he was in the process of retiring and things where very crazy. :shocked2: :shocked2: :shocked2: :( After almost droping the phone and spittin coffee all over the wall, I caught my breath and wished him well and thanked him for his contrabutation to us Flinters the world over....  He said one of his long time, very talanted employees, Joe Dowson was taking over ownership and retaining the Co. name.
He assured me that things should be up and running next week.

More like 4000! Got my fingers crossed. I think everything will go fine. A little worried about the pricing. Guess I'll know soon enough.

That is ok, as long as someone is taking over the business, which appears to be the case.
