I just got an email from TOTW for an order I placed last week with an estimated delivery time between 2 and 21 days. I had to laugh when I saw that. I've used them several times with nothing but good things to say about them. I can't hold them responsible for USPS shipping problems.

I live 130 miles away from ToTW. I've ordered several times the last few months for gun building supplies and have been a LONG time customer. They have been a little slower getting stuff out the door...when I ordered before early in the AM, it was shipped same day. Now it might be two or three days. On my last order all was shown as "In Stock" but when it came time to ship, it was not, so now I have backorder parts with no expectation of when I'll receive. Once shipped, stuff sits in the USPS ST Paul distribution center for 3 - 5 working days on top of that. Just the times. Can't blame them for the USPS part. If I was not working and had the time, I'd just run up there and get my stuff after confirming by phone if they really had it. I will say, that's the first time I've had things shown as "in stock" not be and inventory mistakes happen, so overall I'm still very happy with the service ToTW provides to the traditional muzzleloading community.

@Spikebuck it took them a couple of days to get the order shipped and it is now sitting in the St Paul distribution center. Thanks for sharing the info about sitting there for 3-5 days. I'm about 10 hours south of you so hopefully it won't take too long once it leaves St Paul. Everything is slower these days.

TOW has had a good track record with me for many, many years. Waiting on a part that has been backordered since September. Not a fault of Track but rather the supplier. China flu has caused a slowdown in manufacture, plus a change of ownership of the the parts company.

Started dealing with Track of the Wolf in 1971 or '72, they had been open for a year at that time if I recall correctly. If they didn't have what we were looking for, it didn't take long and we would get a call they have that item now. How can you beat that, great customer service. Usually if there a delay its the manufacture's fault not TOTW.

I placed an order on 1/24 and as of yesterday had not even received a shipping email. I sent them an email to check status and got a quick reply. "We are currently processing 1/23 orders, and will immediately start with 1/24 when complete." Today I got shipping confirmation. Track is a great company, but I think this Covid increased business as everyone is looking for something to do. I am happy for Track. Plan your orders men!
Go Track!

I got an email confirming my order had shipped on the 27th and just looked again and it is out for delivery today. I am kind of shocked, I expected it next week.
I've never found Track to be the fastest shipper and with the lockdowns and shipping in all areas having been massively increased I know it's going to take longer than normal but that hasn't changed the fact that Track is my primary go to supplier for most everything ML. Looks like you got lucky. Of course if one is an Amazon Prime member and used to a 2 day turn around one tends to get spoiled........ However even Prime 2 day deliveries are taking up to a week + to receive.
And Track's customer service is awesome, I've emailed Ethan numerous times with questions, he's always gotten back to me within a day or two. Some vendors will take up to a week to respond, heck I just received a reply to a question I asked 6 months ago on a stock for an unmentionable. I'd forgotten I even asked the question and had taken my business elsewhere.
