I trap and can tell you REAL mink oil from glands has a very powerful smell and you don’t want to get it on you or your clothes.

I’ve been on the receiving end of a skunk, I thought I would die, I couldn’t even breath and was choking, vomiting, eyes running so bad I couldn’t see, IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Fresh quill will take your breath away, after the scent has lingered a few days I don’t find it too offensive. A trapping buddy of mine is fond of saying “quill smells like money”. He uses a lot of quill in coyote and fox sets.

TOTW has many faults. Their mink 'oil' does stink.

Since having covid, my senses of taste and smell are diminished, but mostly taste.
I can taste, but it's not as flavorful or intense as it used to be.
Makes it easier to eat broccoli!
