I would sure like to read about people who use PRBs, flinters or perc. lock, and real BP to hunt and target shoot with.

Any thoughts? :hmm:

Check out "The Muzzleloading Forum" on the internet. :blah: :blah: Actually, I have let my subscriptions go for reasons you mentioned. I might try "Blackpowder Hunting" or "Muzzle Blasts" again. Thankfully there's a wealth of knowlege and experience here on the 'Forum.

In my opinion don't waste your money on Blackpowder Hunting. There are only one, maybe two if you get real lucky, articles on traditional hunting in each issue. I am going to let my subscription run out.

Halftail,
I'm not surprised you dropped your
subscription, treated that way, I would
probably have done the same thing. Having said
that I still think "Muzzleloader" magizine is
one of the best out there. The main reason being
they do not cater to the I/L advertizers at all,
0, zilch.none.
I know their rates are higher to you,
and I guess you have to decide if it is worth it
to you. I do know I look forward to every issue
I get. It is a true B/P Magizine. IMHO
snake-eyes :hmm:

Can't very well lug the computer into the bathroom, My wife would kill me! :blah: Magazines, well she don't get bent out of shape about. :)

I had a subscription to that magazine probably close to 10 years ago.Scurlock told me that it was a Nuisence sending it to Canada.I never re-newed. :shake:
C'est la Vie! :v Dude, you're in another country. Maybe I missed something, but was he charging you a lot more for a foreign subscription like the Brit mags do? Hell, Brit computer mags are great, but a sub for one is about $100+ a year Ack!! Makes my butt pucker! :-0

Anyway, I have sent stuff to Canada and it's a pain in the arse! Did he elaborate? Anyway, Ii think I'll duck back into my bunker to avoid the incoming.

Marsh, who really, really likes Muzzleloader Magazine (history and LH articles included!! You can get huntin' articles anywhere...) :blah:

Got my new issue of Muzzleloader today.Kinda savin it for later in the shift after things quiet down...I have always enjoyed the magazine and like to grab back issues whenever I can.Sort of a "history" of our sport in those older issues.
