Traditional Muzzleloader Magazines

Anyone have any recomendations for a good muzzleloader magazine to subscribe to? Looking for one thats focused on traditional muzzleloaders not modern inline guns.

National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association. You get Muzzle Blasts magazine.

In addition to joining the NMLRA and getting "Muzzle Blasts" with membership I recently subscribed to "Muzzleloader" which has a lot of interesting articles on a variety of subjects.

I used to like Blackpowder Hunting magazine. Too bad they went under.

Muzzleloader and Muzzle-Blasts will be pretty much your only choices now.

Some folks will tell you that Muzzleloading has a focus on inlines, but they are wrong. Not a bad magazine. Focused on NMLRA stuff but there's take aways for non-members too.

Muzzleloader has lots of good articles running the gamut from guns to equipment, to trekking and history, especially the last few since Jason Gatliff took over and merged it with OTT. It's in color too.

Did not know that Jason took it over. Will have to taken another look at Muzzleloader.

Jason is doing a fine job. And as for the original question, Muzzleloader is the best of the bunch. Muzzle Blasts is an association magazine, so they also deal with club affairs that doesn't necessarily help hunter/shooters.
