I've had my Trapper a little over a year now and have over 700 shots through it. It's been very reliable and easy on flints.

I recently acquired a Trapper flintlock pistol & putting it thru its paces.
This one is a fun pistol to play with. Enjoy:

I like your videos cause you show real world results not claiming one inch groups at 1000 yds shot off horseback. I know a guy who was an excellent machine operator and could be your twin. also he is just as funny and wild like you lol

Me too. Less dry balls that way. 🤣

My first time out with my own Trapper, I dry balled because I was jaw jacking with the RSO who really took an interest in it. I think I must have been talking as much as I was loading the whole time out there.

Nice video. The flint life you got is about what I've been getting out of my own Trapper. I run 40gr of Goex fffG in mine just because I may use it for hunting at some point, and I like to train how I'll use it for practical purposes.

It really is a robust pistol, having both a wedge and a lock up under that rear piece of metal. The barrel being secured in two locations as it is seems to be different from a lot of other pistols out there.
