I'm sort of OCD about keeping some things really clean, especially clothes, so that would drive me bonkers. That's all.

Lots of people had candy stripe capotes when I started this. After a while worn in mud smoke and eating hot food from tin plates resulted in a yellow that I find pleasing to the eye.i have an old candy stripe ( 130 years or so) that has that same yellowed look.
There is a painting of Morgan in a white rifelmans coat,I bet the real one was less then white.
