Yo Mr. Rebel,
Great outfit but what is all that "green stuff" you are standing in? Looks vaguely familiar somehow. :hmm:
Best Wishes

Rebel:

Rebel,

I have always thought that one should not wear red or blue when turkey hunting because so many turkey hunters will shoot at movement if they see the colors.

Outfit looks good BUT Do Not wear red or blue in the field when hunting turkeys. Can't be emphasized enough.

Yep, we had a guy shot here in the county where I live because a guy saw the red and blue emblem on the front of his cap and thought it was a turkey's head.
It's one fine looking outfit though!
Just be careful.

Who`ed ever think people could be so careless as too shoot someone hunting turkeys. :shocked2:
Nice looking outfit Rebel.

Well, thanks for the warning guys. Didn't even think about it. I guess i just figured most people are like me and don't shoot till sure.

I would add white to that list as well. (I remember a film as part of the PA Hunter Safety course that depicted a turkey hunter taking out a white handkerchief and getting shot at.)

I know - it makes you wonder. But, always "watch out for the other guy"! There's another current thread here about "idiot sightings" - well, as we all know too well, they can be spotted in the woods, too. You all be careful in the turkey woods this spring! :hatsoff:
