I am thinking about starting another rifle and attempted to pull up Tennessee Valley Manufacturing and I got a page that says this site is not available. Is Jack Garner still in business?

Yea they are.I called them last week and ordered a cataolg from them.There web come up on mine just fine..I just checked.Mite be the link to the web page..I typed in TVM on google.
