Hello, looking at getting myself a Uberti Walker. Anyone know of any good deals on them right now? Thanks, Craig

Do they have a website? I cannot find anything under Deer Creek. Thanks, Craig

Deer Creek does not have a web site. Their phone number is (765) 525-6181. They do have a catalog but the latest one I have is 2008; that has the Uberti Walker for $339.

S&S Firearms (718) 497-1100 has the Uberti Walker for $321 in their 2009 catalog. They do have a web site where you can download a .pdf file of the catalog: S&S Firearms Catalog

S&S Firearms. I got an Uberti Walker from them earlier this year. There was a long wait, about 9 months, because of a problem with them getting a shipment from Italy. But they communicated clearly and were great to deal with.

I highly recommend them.

I got a deal on a used(barely) one...........have to sell another rifle but the gentleman said he woudl hold it until I do so

I have read that there is a preferance as to tth size of lead balls used. What do you prefer? Also, weren't these orignially designed with a lead conical? Thanks again, Craig

Midway has them in stock a little higher. Maybe $30.00 but you wouldn't have wait 9 months.

Thanks, I found one thru a forum member and its a Uberti and found another brand new one thru a fella at a shop he was at. Think I am gonna get both of them and Josey wales it

Got mine at Cabela'a in Buda, TX. Out the door for $350 I think it was, a few years back. What a sweet pistol! Definitely my favorite gun to shoot, just needs a free afternoon so I can spend the necessary 5 hrs cleaning afterwards!

I use .451 balls as well. They always get that circle shaved off goin into the cylinder, so I don't need any bigger than that. And #11 caps.

I'm not sure what I'm doing differently, but I can't fit near 60 grains into that chamber, by the way. It's been awhile now, but I think I'm using FFFg pyrodex, not sure what brand.
