Uberti 1862 Police Cylinder

One of my Uberti 1862 Police Revolvers was built about 20 years ago.
Can anyone tell me what this stamp on the cylinder means?

That same mark is on the barrel of my uberti stainless steel 1858. I would also like to know. My gun is a 2023 manufactured date.

Either a proof mark or an inspectors mark.
