This needs an honest to goodness do-over with in focus pics and a better description. IMO it looks like an India made gun, nothing wrong with that, but be more specific please.

I agree. Besides the absolutely rotten photography the last two pictures in the original post are of two different guns. Look at the brass ramrod inlet details, the color of the wood, and the shape of the wood.
