I saw the "1851 sheriff", but didn't know if there's a diff between the army and navy types of Piettas. (still new to this stuff...)

Don't know, I got there with a ton of other muzzleloading supplies I bought at auction. I don't deal with percussion pistols. Maybe someone on the forum knows.
