You'll have to make those up yourself I think. They can be dove tailed to a thick bbl, or set in a slot & the bbl. metal peened around 'em. Sometimes you find one a those on the front of an English lock plate as well. Try a pattern on a scrape chunk a steel.
 
I make out the faint outline of a dovetail. This style of bbl lug requires a straight tang width and the tang bottom must be parallel to the bbl so it can be slid forward for removal.Clearance in the forend must be provided for the forward movement of the lug. Of course the rear lock bolt would have to be removed. The lugs wouldn't be difficult at all to make....or possibly a purchased lug could be altered.....Fred
