I have been trying to get an email address for a US manufacturer of UnderHammer Rifle lock, trigger etc. I have tried several using info from the net with no success.

Can anyone help an Aussie.

If your looking for an H&A frame, trigger, hammer, spring they are not being made. I believe Muzzle loader building supply makes another version that needs a lot of work. John Taylor from this forum has been making actions from scratch. Not sure if he makes trigger, hammers yet. He's been using spare parts from the H&A's.

There's

and the old owner of pacific rifle blogs here and mentions selling another more expensive version.

If you want all the parts to put one together PT me here other than whats up here no one makes the H+A anymore but getting all the parts arent hard and it about falls together as a build, the wood could take time. But you can have a shooting one in under a hour, 2 moveing parts how hard can it get! Fred :hatsoff:

 give Deer Creek Products, a call @ 765-525-6181 orfax 765-525-9595 Po Box 246 Waldron IN 46182. Really nice independent Folks. Complete action around $130.00 us dollars and I'd order extra trigger, hammer and spring, so you have the parts if you need to rebuild years down the road. Best of luck TC

They might not anymore they warned me if I put up they had stared makeing them again they would close it down again, so dont count on it anymore.... and this will be the end of all parts ect, Im sending what I have to John T so that ends it, wonder if Gunparts has the old H+A or new H+A parts the 2 dont interchange without work as in if you use a last 20 yrs Deer Creek H+A hammer or trigger you have to use the other parts from them, different size ect and a trigger spring that wont work with out the DC hammer ect, it's worth a call I got . Oh ya a ready to go DC frame was as of Thursday :) :rotf: Fred :hatsoff:

Man your lucky they been trying to find another catch of those for years! :applause: Fred :hatsoff: Whops ,you do have the old pinned barrel kind of H+A right?

I'm really interested in an Underhammer, preferably .50 cal. Do you know of a website that gives builders details? such as barrel pinning, stock attachment, action assembly - etc.

let us know if blue grouse has anything. last i heard he was out of parts and kits.
