Hi all,
I thought that I would give back a little to the board so here is an idea for underlugs...

Go to your hardware store and look through the selection of "woodruff Keys". For those that don't know, these are the half-round metal pieces that are used to hold gears and pulleys on their shafts. They are available in many widths and lengths.
After making your selection, make a dovetail in the location of your choice, drive the woodruff key in place and then either peen it in or add a little silver solder. It makes a very strong connection point.

Try it, you might like it.

good idea and i have a butch of them already....thanks............................bob
