Tried a search with negative results. Those of you that use Shenandoah Valley lube, what is the best way to use it? Do you apply it as you go? Can you pre soak strips? I am planning to try cutting strips and cutting at the barrel. Any suggestions would be educational.

Midway USA carries it, but doesn't list much product information re: composition or application. I've presoaked patch strips with similar [liquid] patch lubes without encountering any problems, i.e., as long as I presoaked the patches on the same day I used them.

You can apply it as you go. It has worked pretty well for me, but not as good as the orginal Lehigh valley patch lube. Have to see what your rifle likes.
