venison bologna w/ jalopeno &cheese

I have never had it with jalopeno but I have
had it with cheese. I don't think adding the
peppers would involve that much more prep. I
would check with a local full-service butcher
and get his reccomendations.

I am having some venison summer sausage made with cheese and jalopeno peppers added. It should be done later this week. I'll post back when it arrives for a taste report.

Best summer sausage I ever ate was venison with cheddar and jalepeno pepper rings. It was almost 5$ a pound after you supplied the venison! It was almost worth it!
