Wad size for 20-gauge Howdah?

Circle Fly lists 19-gauge wads as .636; Dixie says the Pedersoli Howdah bores run .625. Everyone with a 20X20 Howdah agree this is the best fit for safety and performance?

I started out with 20 ga. wads in my howdah, but found that while they were OK for the recommended powder charge, they would work loose from the recoil of a heavy load. I tried 19 ga. wads from DGW, and that solved the problem.
