If you were going on a trek that had the possiblity of shooting birds, rabbits and deer, and you were carrying a smoothbore, how hould you load your gun. Lets say that you wanted to shoot a grouse possibly for supper and maybe were wanting to shoot not just a deer but a "nicer" one, but you also wouldn't mind shooting any deer so you had meat, because you know sometimes grouse can be hard to find also.
 
I guess it depends on how good of a shot your are with a roundball. You can get rabbit and bird with the roundball if you are good enough :grin: , otherwise, I would load for whichever I thought I was going to see first/most and wanted the most.
