Iv been eyeing up the investarms gremmer either in kit or complete but on muzzle loader.com they have in left handed and in different calibers, .50 and .54 I believe. From what I can see it’s a nice rifle for the price, Italian company but from my understanding not pedersoli. That’s an option and in .54 whoohooo you can’t go wrong!
I have a custome 54 if you are interested . Just got a full knee transplant so I am going to be running on 2 cylinders for awhile . PM me and I will send my cell if interested

I’ve been shooting/hunting my entire life with right handed everything. I’ve never had a LH rifle of any sort and I’m really wanting to get something left handed as I get older. Not sure what I’m after whether percussion or flint (Never had a flint and want to learn). I think if I go flint I’d like left to keep it on other side away from my eye. I’m kind of a newbie to ML and learning as I go. Just looking for a “beginner” something in left hand. I do have several TC and CVA in caps so I’m not a complete newbie. Just interested to see what some forum members might have that could put me into a left handed shooting setup? Ive been a forum member for a good while and I mostly read posts and learn from the great amount of information from the members.
Funny ... I'm right handed but learned to shoot and handle flintlock rifles with my buddys left handed Ken Netting built , left handed .45 cal. long rifle . I still have the powder burns in my left arm to prove it ! LOL ! Best of luck bud ...

Just go ahead and get a left handed gun if you want and don’t let others tell you what you need or don’t need. Your money your choice.
I agree. I got a TVM flint rifle in left and love it. I am right handed, left eye dominant and always shot rifles left handed. I also shot right handed rifles and made do, but having the “right” equipment will make you happy. As they say, you can’t put a price on happiness.

I just received a lefty Investarms Gemmer Plains rifle (not a kit) from Muzzle-loaders.com and out of the box the barrel would not fit in the stock, the front sight just fell off, the rear sight was loose enough to move with finger pressure, and the head on the sear mounting screw cracked in half. No help from M-L.com and no reply from Investarms so I took it upon myself to fix it all.

Personally, I have a LH Lyman .54 perc. Mt. rifle, an old Dixie flint LH Mt. Rifle, the one w/ the cherry stock from Miroku in .50. I'm so used to RH that one way or the other doesn't matter to me. Best of luck with your new interest!

I had one a FL imported into Australia in the early 80's and felt blessed with it, foolishly sold it years later (for a profit) then regretted it, they were a really good FL rifle to have for "a new kid in town".

I have a left handed percussion I am going to sell. Excellent condition other then I had a crack in the stick I had repaired. I am in wv if by chance you are close enough to take a look. World be happy to send pics of interested. Not a dealer just a left handed percussion I hunter! Jim WV

One thing about a lefty, I r 1, is our lack of selection of lefty production guns. Just as we deal with market size vs righties we have less selections of smaller calibers vs righty selections. Want a 32-45 lefty option pretty equals custom anymore. Righties can find a few production gun options that are not available in lefty.
