What’s this vent liner?

Can anyone tell me what this is? I can’t for the life of me remember and want to order a couple of replacements.

I believe that is the RMC OxYoke touch hole liner.

It could well be the Ox-Yoke vent liner or any of the internally coned Allen wrench type of liners.
