G'day,
I took my Pedersoli Le Page flintlock in 45 Cal smoothbore out for its first shoot and I am impressed.
A mate of mine has a Mortimer also in smooth flintlock and he found his grouped well at 25 metres using 38 gns of WANO FFFg. I started and finished with 34 gns of the same and although only 5 shots were shot all remained in an 8 ring group using the ISSF 25 metre pistol target. Given a little more experimentation and of course giving the new barrel a chance to settle down I think this gun will be a good one.
