Either one of these cappers will work well. I've had the first one for 40+ years. The second one I`ve had for 20+ years. Both of these have worked great for me. Drop caps in the reservoir and shake, all caps will set up ready to dispense.

Sometimes cappers are just big a pain as getting out of tin and putting on with fingers.
I have one like MO_E_W and the latch can come loose, caps can still flip over, loading can be tedious. But when all goes well it works. The leather holder is the easiest. And when you consider how many caps you don't use especially on a hunt the leather one is super. Only time I really use a capper is in competition and even then max I usually use is 10. If I'm plinking with time on my hands I don't use capper.
Fiddling to get caps on can be just as annoying as loading the capper.

I must have 3 or 4 inline cappers that I've acquired over the last few years and I've had no luck with any of them. Any time I've even been able to load one it took 15 minutes and half the caps end up flipping upside down or falling out. Maybe I'm doing it wrong or they just suck.

My Ted Cash snail capper is quick and easy to load and works great on my rifles and revolvers. I highly recommend them.

Capper?….
You don’t need no stinkin’ capper..

I’ve got three,.. they live in my box of superfluous muzzleloader junk with the ball board, crisco & stock nipples.

I use my fingers and seat them with a flat ended stick

I just pick them out of the tin with my fingers since I have to pick them out to load the capper anyway. It’s just one less gadget to fool with.
