The Lyman Black Powder Handbook lists # 10 caps for my new Ruger Old Army. I use CCI Mag #11 caps for the rifle. Can I use them for the pistole?

Yes, If they are a little loose just pinch them a bit.

Yes you certainly can use them and as said above pinch them a little. You will go through caps a lot quicker with a revolver, so when you have to buy more get some # 10's. You will probably find more tendancy of the # 11s to blow off and jam up the works.
