It's easy to miss, but every commercial outlet that told me my Driver's License was fine in February now say PAL or no sale.

valid fireworks operator certificate — pyrotechnician; or

I wonder how all the summer students working at historic sites around the country for Parks Canada are going to deal with this.

I suspect the historic sites will get a public agency ID number and do purchases for the site. Then the re-enactors just draw from their supply while on site and return at the end of their shift.
