iS THERE MUZZLE LOADING ACTIVITIES GOING ON IN TEXAS? MOST CLUBS HAVE NO WEB SIGHT OR ADVERTISE.

Where are you in Tejas? There is White Smoke Brigade they shoot 4th Sat of the month near Canyon Lake. Texas Free Trappers have a rondy this coming weekend Feb. 9-12 near Shiner then Fredrickburg Free Trappers will have another rondy in March I think around the 15th but not sure, also near Shiner.

I shoot with the Red River Renegades in North Texas. I live North West of Fort Worth. It is a 1 1/2 hour drive for me up 287. The have Shotgun 1st Sunday and Rifle/Pistol Last Sunday of the month. I took my 13 year old granddaughter to the last shoot. She did better than I did.

You should be able to pull-up webb sites for several local shoots throughout Texas. You,ll find most groups with monthly shoots will be ln the more populated areas , East, South, North and central.The problem here in far west Tx.is there is a lack of population density , and its hard to gather enough shooters for a monthly shoot.

Is TMLRA still in existence their web site hasn't been updated since 2010? Last time I went through Brady I stopped at the visitors bureau and they said they have not heard of any shoots in a couple of years.

They are still active and still shooting at the Kenneth Medlock Memorial Range three shoots a year as they have been since the late '60s when I first went there.
Shoot dates are March 9-11 , June 5-10 and October 4-7
