Bought a vintage rifle some time back with a miserable set of sights. I can live with the marginal blade front but the rear is just junk. I could fit a buckhorn but would love to fit a set of express sights as it is a British hunting percussion circa 1870.Cannot seem to find anything on the web. Is there anybody out there who makes these from scratch? or am I just to inept to find this information?

Thanks for any help

Gunparts Corp. list item 718510 for $19.95 says its a Double folding leaf express rear sight. its shown on page 1168 of catalog 26

The Rifle Shoppe catalog has casting for such a sight for the T.W.Pistor Jaeger (510). The parts are 510 RS, 510 1L, 510 2L
I have built this rifle and have the sight on it. It is not difficult to assemble.
