Let's see...I'm mostly an upland game...squirrels, rabbits sort of hunter. I do bird hunt every year, but not with the enthusiastic frequency that I do when hunting rabbits and squirrels.

I have a Pietta 10 gauge double that I use for duck & goose hunting...I also use my Brown Bess flintlock to hunt geese as well.

I have a light little Pedersoli 20 gauge double that I've hunted pheasants and doves in eastern Colorado. It’s such a natural pointer when the pheasants lift from the ground or pass shooting a flock of doves.

I have a TVM Tulle' and a TVM American Fowler (Early Virginia with a 20 gauge barrel)...both guns have been on several doves hunts, as has the Brown Bess.

I have a beautiful 11 gauge single barrel percussion, unfortunately...I've just never had the gumption to take it out in favor of another of my muzzleloaders....especially my flintlocks.
