I been thinkin' hard about turkeys since squirrel season went out 8 days ago. :grin:
I'll be startin' out in N Florida in about 16 more days.
I've been waiting on a guy to buy a gun so I could buy a new .62 flinter, but he hasn't come through with the cash yet, so I guess I'll be hunting with the modern gun again this year. :redface:
I sure like turkey hunting, but I guess y'all already knew that after looking at my avatar. :grin:
 
Now you got me started. I moved to the new house last fall and didn't get a chance to hunt. But here are the critters that hang out on my back porch.

This is a picture of meself 2 years ago, we had a wet spring that year. I'm standing about 20 yards away from the spot where I killed my first bird with a flintlock.

april 25 me and my "wilson styled" 12 bore.
going to hunt in traditional clothes.
no camo this year got to be real still hope I can pull it off :shocked2:
