Emailed Widget Supply cust serv to see when the 3/8" diamond wheel cutter would be available and this was their reply:

Hello,
We no longer carry that item. We do not know where to get any more.
Thank you,

Then I replied asking for the manufacturer's name so I could contact them directly and they said "they didn't know who they got them from".
:shake:

PS: Their site shows they at least still carry a 1/4" wide version...

i ordered these from them...smaller but...BDK23 3/4 x 1/4 inch SE Diamond Wheel, 1/8 inch shank said they shipped them...and had more..

well evidently others have tried other stuff an it worked so as longs we can still get somethin..thats a plus!

Harbor freight also quit carrying them last year. They still have the larger diameter wheels. They work better anyway.
If you want the cats meow get you a 4" to 10" table top wet tile saw. A lot of people have one setting around. You can buy a cheap one for $59-$79 bucks. Just make sure you use water(heat is for sure your enemy)and don't try and cut by pushing the flint thru like you would a tile. Instead use it like a grinder. You'll figure it out pretty quick.

Well, Keith, I feel right honored to be down here with you in the "Craftsman" category !

Where do I sign up for the class on cutting a straight line across a 2x4 with a skilsaw?

Well,I kinda figgered out that if I draw a jagged line across the 2 X 4 and try to follow it, then the cut is pretty straight!! Emery
