Will I have to fit a new hammer and bolt?

After less than 200 rounds the bolt and cam on the hammer are worn to the point where the bolt just skips past dropping down at half cock on my Pietta 1851 Navy. I have the parts on order and my question is will I have to do any filing or polishing to get the timing right on the gun?

Probably, to bad it didn’t have a warranty.

It did....until I broke the little spring arm on the bolt trying to do a quick fix by bending it.
