To all New Hampshire members,

Sunday Jan. 11th at 12:30 PM there will be a shooting competition at the Pemi-Valley Fish and Game Club in Holderness NH. No entry fee just a muzzleloading item for the prize blanket valued between $5 and $15. Hit or miss targets at 25 to 50 yards. Five shooting stations, two shots at each. Traditional and modern frontstuffers welcome. E-mail Don at [email protected] for questions or directions.

Join us and make some smoke.

Good luck to you all!
From what I see in the Weather report it's going to be COLD there so you better aim about 3 feet higher than usual. That's because the ball's going to be freezing to the bore several times before it gets to the muzzle so the velocity may only be a couple of hundred feet per second.

If I could, I'd send you some of "zonies" 115 degree summer air to warm you all up.

Well, the winter woods walk was a hit. A dozen fellas showed up most with traditional guns. A good time was had by all and every one went home with something from the prize table. Lots of interest in pistol and tomahawk compitition so something extra for next time.
