Making meat and having fun is the name of the game. Do you process your own? Have you had any trouble with that wasting desease? So far it has not been found here in Iowa. How about tanning the hide, is that something you have ever tried? It is a lot of work to brain tan one. Sounds like you made a good shot. No Powder

No Power - I cut up my own meat tanning look messy.But would like to try it. My hides go to an Amish fellow that tans them. Yes there realy is a Kalamazoo. I live about 25 miles N. & W of it. Rocky
