I've said from the very start that all anyone would need to do is just post a picture from here or anywhere else on the webs & photoshop a piece of paper into it with a name & date.

So, what're we gonna do to stop the scammers?

Maybe, to post an add, the acct email should match the address from which the add is being presented?
 
Yeah this is getting crazy. How are they getting our passwords?
If you use the same password for most things or a variation of it it makes it easy to hack. If you use all lower-case, all text, common names, things linked to you e.g. name, age etc. All makes it easy.

Use a capital letter, use lower case, use numbers and a question mark, exclamation mark etc. All in the one password.

Changing it from time to time can help.
