Do you have all those parts fitted already? If so, good work!
Perhaps you could zoom in on just that one part and give us a better look at it. Maybe we can come up with something.

I can't see it clearly, but it looks to me like a safety catch handle plus sprue.
The safety catch would be located behind the wheel, roughly over the trigger. The lever outside the lockplate turns a lobe inside the plate, which traps the spur on the first sear against the plate, so the sear cannot disengage.

Ok ill be honest .... it took months to arrive much much longer than expected. But they always got back to me by email within a day or so. Most of the time with the best emails 
made me feel bad about asking where my stuff was . I have ask for some more bits from them and the time limit they gave me is again a week or so ago. I would try the email again if I was you

Did you sort that odd part out? I am just getting fired to make mine. Just ordered some grinder belts, and laid in some scraps of steel truck leaf spring from a dumpster.

just heard from Blackleys. turns out customs had the parts and then returned them to England for "improper procedures" The error was in labeling the package gun parts which set the customs clowns off. Nothing required a permit etc. Aways label as machine parts, which is true and complies with the regulations that guns and gun parts should NEVER be identified on the package.

Gentlemen,
This is Kevin Blackley here from Blackley and son in the UK.
Firstly I must thank members for alerting us to this issue.
Having a reasonable range of lock sets available we have not normaly supplied instructions to them as they were in most cases, a basic flintlock mechanism. The only plans etc were issued with our Pistol Kits.
This is far from the case in regards to the Bressian Wheellock- as many of you will agree.
As it happens we have an instruction list and parts identification sheet and also the chain parts. (these were originaly very difficult to cast but we have overcome the issues on this)We now have a mould in the making and the part will be available very soon after our next steel cast here the week commencing 27th. It will be supplied in the form of a 'cluster' of the four parts, seperable by removing the small links between the parts.
We will do our best to find those who have had the kits so as to forward the parts and information, but a reminder email to us would be a good idea at [email protected]
I will address the questions to this topic as quick as I can next week, however at the moment we are getting ready to leave for a UK exhibition and we really should be on the road by now.
P.S The email issues have been an absolute nightmare here over the last several months due to data loss etc, I am glad to say they are now sorted (all bar catching up!), however our apologies to those it has effected.

I hope I didnt come across as looking like Im complaining too much. The quality of your casts is great. Other than the time it had taken to receive the cast you have more than helpfull at every turn. I hope your show goes well and you get stuff sorted out. Im waiting to see the chain bits but really no hurry as I mucked up the barrell and have to start again anyway.

We have had our problems as I have documented earlier, but of course - that is not the customers fault and when it effects the customer relations it is up to us to sort it out..and we will!
We are nearly there, just playing catch up at the moment, even with the emails.
The show starts in a while so I must dash off, i will be back to this topic next week and see if we can sort out a few of those issues raised.
I realy need all the parts laid out on the bench so we can sort it properly.

Hello again folks,
Right, forgive the delay in getting back a little later than i had hoped, we are in the process of relocating premises at the moment and the usual issues are arising that I guess we should have expected!
Anyway, the small peice mentioned by you some time back is in fact a form of support for the main bridle, shall we refer to it as the 'Bridle support'. I have taken a picture of the item in place but with the bridle not fitted for better detail.
It has a small notch on the top of the peg, so the peg pushes in the hole in the lockplate and the notch matches up with a filed out groove in the plate. The notch is then flush/ level with the inside surface of the plate and is held in place by the presence of the bridle, the notch actualy stops the item from twisting.
The photo should show the bridle support as described above.
The assembly plans are coming along and the chain parts are as mentioned before- in the cast process.
We also will be casting the top jaw screw with a sleeved thread so it can be threaded to whatever suits the threading format of the country to which it is shipped. Also a photo and description of the screw details should assist.
If anyone has any further queries to this, or may be I have not explained this issue very clearly, then please do not hesitate to come back to me.
