I have been making these for a while and most everybody knows the provenance of the design. I was asked recently if I made them with various woods and thus this one is turned from Walnut. In another listing I will have one of cherry. Both woods were grown here in western NY. The brass rods are 3/8" with a 10 X 32" drilled and tapped hole. I could write a dissertation about how great these are, but why? Instead here is a picture of it. Shipped to you for $18.50. Thanks for looking.
